These Consumer Terms ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Leonard Bauer, operating as Sundain, based in Cologne, Germany. By creating an account or using Sundain, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sundain is an AI-powered social platform that understands users through conversation, builds cognitive profiles, and connects complementary people. The service includes:
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sundain. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or let others access it. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Sundain's core features, including AI conversations and cognitive profiling, are free. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will clearly communicate pricing before any charges apply. You will never be charged without explicit consent.
Your use of Sundain is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key principles:
Your use of Sundain is subject to our Usage Policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Sundain and its technology, design, and branding are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.
Content you create remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as needed to provide and improve the service.
Sundain uses AI to facilitate conversations and generate insights. AI outputs are provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content should not be treated as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
We aim to keep Sundain available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will try to provide advance notice for planned downtime.
To the extent permitted by law, Sundain's liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or German law, including mandatory warranty and liability provisions.
You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be erased within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Usage Policy, with notice and an opportunity to respond where reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For disputes, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve things directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.
